Rules and Conditions

1.
The decision of the judge is final.
2.
Hard hats (BSI standard 4472, 6473 or PAS015) must be worn whilst mounted.
3.
Disclaimer of liability - Save the death or personal injury by the negligence of the organisers which expression includes the officers shall not be responsible to any person whatsoever while upon the showground or while entering or leaving the same for any death, injury or loss or damage to any competitor or his or her agent or to any animal, article, plant, machinery or thing brought into the Showground or while entering or leaving or being carried into or out of the said Showground. Each competitor shall be responsible for any loss, injury or damage that maybe done to or occasioned by, or arising from any animal, article or property, exhibited or brought into the Showground by him and shall indemnify and hold harmless the organisers from and against all actions, suits expenses an claims on account of or in respect of any such damage or injury which may be caused or occasioned.

Health and Safety - The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to enusre the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precaustions to avoid and prevent accidents and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

The Dressage Series is run under BHS / British Dressage Rules.
6.
All dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
7.
The “In Hand” test will be marked on accuracy and obedience of transitions rather than paces and way of going.
Rules for Dressage In Hand Class:
(a)
Bridle must be worn
(b)
Handlers must wear a riding hat to standard
(c)
Gloves must be worn
(d)
A schooling whip may be carried and voice may be used
